Had a friend recommend trying the BBQ Brisket sandwich!! OMG it was incredible and price was really reasonable. I could only eat half, I'll enjoy the other half later. I'll be back for sure and if you're ever this way it is a MUST stop!

This is a pure pasty review. If comparing against the rest of the state, I'd probably give these pasties a three, but since there are few other pasty shops in the middle of the state, it's a four.

These pasties are huge. A full pound. The crust is on par with some you'd find in the U.P. but in my pasty, I found that it was a pound because of all the potatoes used. I'd prefer a smaller pasty with a better meat-veggie ratio instead of filling it up with potatoes. I assume most others feel the same. Still, these are decent pasties with a good crust and something I'd come back to if I lived in the area.

I little taste of UP Michigan. We tried the homemade potato soup, steak pasty and cheese curds! All of it was tasty and very filling.

Was a little confused on what to do when I got inside, but it all worked itself out

The pasties are great! I live in and around the Soo for 5 years and I missed the great taste.

If you are in the area and crave a little UP taste, be it with gravy or with ketchup, this place hits the spot!

Bathrooms were a bit rough during my visit but I think that was due to the number of people there.

Definitely will be back for more pasties!

Came from Muskegon to car museum, so we decided to stop for pasties. Wow, was the steak one so good, and shared it along with a pastrami sandwich. Both were so good, and service was extremely fast.  When in the area we will return!
